Our increasingly popular school choir has been very busy over the festive period – they have sung at the Guildhall for MP Robin Walker and were part of the entertainment during the turning on of the Worcester Christmas lights.
Additionally, they have visited the Tolly Centre twice to sing for the community and sang for the residents of Rowan Court during their Christmas party.
The choir has grown in numbers over the last few years and has children with good voices and enthusiasm from Years 3 to 6, including a few soloists! At each venue they have been complimented on their singing as well as on their behaviour and manners.
Praise for our choir from the office of Robin Walker MP:
Hope all is well,
On behalf of Robin Walker MP and everyone that attended and was involved in last Fridays annual Christmas lunch, I would like to say a huge thank you to your school choir for a fantastic festive performance. Our guests were delighted to be greeted by the choir especially our guest speaker, the Government Chief Whip Gavin Williamson MP. The choir looked very smart and conducted themselves immaculately. I hope the children received the chocolates we sent as a way of saying thank you.
I have attached several photos taken at the lunch including one of Robin with the choir,
It would be a pleasure to invite the choir to perform at future events as we were all so impressed.
Thank you again,
Robin Walker MP
