Our book week involved interactive workshops run by The Hive, lots of discussion about our favourite books, stories and characters and culminated in most of the school dressing as book characters on Friday.

The variety of costumes was amazing – thanks to the parents and children for making such a great effort – we saw a group of St Trinians girls in Year 6, several ‘Where’s Wallys’ and ‘Matildas’, a ninja turtle, many different Disney princesses, animals from The Jungle Book, several Hogwards students, Alice and the White Rabbit from Wonderland and many more!

Many of the teachers also dressed up – Miss Taylor was Cruella De Vil, Mr Hill was Clark Kent/Superman, Miss Hoare was a fairy, Miss Amos was Wally, Mrs Wilkins Snow White, Mr Davies Captain America and Mr Roberts was unforgettable as an Oompa Loompa from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory!
