On 25th May eleven children from Hollymount joined 6 from Fairfield School for a special visit to The Hive.  Archaeologist Justin Hughes took the children on a tour of the library strong room where they saw old documents, books and maps.  Artist Mohammed then gave the children a demonstration of different types of writing style and calligraphy, before the children had a turn themselves.

While waiting for the minibus the children enjoyed some free time in the children’s section of the library!
